Returns & Exchanges

We stand behind our products 100% and want you to be able to enjoy them for many, many years. Really, we want you to be far more than satisfied...we want you to be utterly delighted and thrilled beyond expression.


We welcome all return/exchanges on eligible non-personalized products within 30 days of the delivery date of your order. The returned product(s) must be in new condition and include original packaging. After the 30 day period, no returns/exchanges are accepted. Original shipping fees are non-refundable & return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. We will provide you with an American address or Canadian address depending on your location. Please do not return to supplier.

Contact us to request a return of a non-personalized item with the following information:

1. your order number

2. a brief description of why you’d like to return it

3. your preference for a replacement or a refund

Final Sale and Personalized items are not eligible for return or refund. 

If you've received an item that is damaged or flawed, let us know and we'll replace it for you right away.

Contact us to report an issue with any item with the following information:

  • 1. your order number
  • 2. a brief description of the problem
  • 3. a photo illustrating the issue


At this time, we are unable to process exchanges. If you'd like to exchange the item you purchased, simply return the product and place another order. We'll issue a refund to your original payment method used after we receive your return.

If you're ordering a different size of the same item, and the price of the item has changed since you placed your original order, we'll be happy to honor the previous price.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.


Please note that we cannot add or delete items from orders. If you need to cancel an order, please contact Kali Laine Creations ASAP, as all of our goods are made to order. Cancellation requests can be accommodated within 2 hours of the order being placed.

All refused packages will be automatically restocked and subject to a 15% service fee off the full cost of the item. Please keep this in mind when placing your order.
